Return & Exchange


We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item was received incorrectly or is damaged. 

 

Please make sure you have selected the correct item before submitting the order as we do not accept order cancellations at any time.

 

Contact us via thecloudtots.sg@gmail.com (Singapore) or thecloudtots.my@gmail.com (Malaysia) before returning any purchases if the items are received in an unsatisfactory condition. You have seven days from the date of shipment to return or exchange.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Returned items must be in their original packaging and be in brand-new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. 

 

We offer refund in store credits only. Do note that shipping fees will not be refunded if order is fulfilled.
